If you want to finish your home with your own sub-contractors (this is called a Drop and Set in the Modular Industry) in order to purchase a home at a reduced price, we will show you the work that is required and if questions arise, you may consult with us. This option is contingent upon the approval of your local building inspector and your prior construction experience.
Also, we sell modular homes, modular condo's, modular duplexes, modular town homes, and modular multifamily units to investor's, builder's and developer's who want to save time and cost in the construction cycle by having Building Systems Inc. do their drawings, order product, schedule cranes, manage sets, and interface with the manufacturer on service and other important issues that may come up. An experienced licensed contractor is independently assigned to your project.
