Michael J. Panarelli is the President, Owner, and Contractor for Building Systems Inc. Originally, he came from the corporate world where he worked in project management for GTE Government Systems. His talent for project management was recognized when he worked for them leading and managing a 5 year communications contract with the army that cost $350,000.000.00. He completed this huge project both within cost and schedule and as a result, he received a superior performance award from the United States Army.  Mike's outstanding ability to successfully manage projects is reflected in every phase of the modular home contracting process. He will work closely with you and you will not find anyone who is more dedicated to the business of producing a quality home for you.

Molly Thompson is the Vice President and co-owner of Building Systems Inc. She recieved her Masters in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. She also has her A+ Certification as a computer technician. She has worked in small businesses over the past 12 years. Her main interest is in building and optimizing a business's infrastructure.   She has worked in Building Systems Inc. in this regard while managing day to day business operations. Also, during the construction phase of your project, Molly works as the quality control supervisior to make sure that your home is completed to your satisfaction.
