In addition, we evaluate your site to make sure a crane and the modules can fit onto it and be positioned where needed.  Also, we order, ship, set the units and make them weather tight by completing the roof.

We have a large supply of designs to choose from that includes Duplexes, Multifamily Units, Apartments, Town Homes and Condo's. Every design can be customized. We work with you to get it just right and make sure the plan meets all necessary code requirements.

After a unit is set, it will look like this and be weather tight. The home is 85% complete! Your finish work includes siding, dry wall work on the marriage walls, installation of stairs to the basement, exterior stairs or porches, decks, utility tie-ins, installation of heating and air conditioning (duct work, chases are already installed), insulation under the first floor, gutters and downspots, painting, any custom work and finishing the carpet installation on marriage walls.
