George & June's Wilcox Home In Process of Being Finished

This letter was written about u, our manufacturer Sun Building Systems Inc. and their Set Crew to the President of Sun Building Systems, Jim Jones.

Dear Mr. Jones,

My husband George and I could not be happier with our new home delivered to 12 Ely St., Randolph, Ma. on Tuesday July 13th. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with your representatives, Mr. Mike Panarelli and Ms. Molly Thompson of Building Systems Inc. They both went above and beyond the call of duty; they were always available and patient to a fault with any questions or concerns we may have had during this whole process. They made what we had anticipated to be a nerve racking ordeal an utterly smooth and easy experience. We cannot imagine why anyone would build a home stick frame and on-site, with its invariable subcontractor delays, cost overruns and other associated problems after our experience with modular construction.

We would not only like to commend Mr. Panarelli and Ms. Thompson but also bring to your attention your set crew; Jack Storm, Kevin Shoemaker, Pat Dixon and Craig Cleary did one fabulous job! They were tireless, extremely polite and courteous and very professional. They worked non-stop literally, we had to ask them to stop and have a bite of lunch and a cold drink, and I think that wasn't more than 20 minutes. All we can say is you must be awfully good to your employees!

We cannot recommend Building Systems Inc. or Sun Building Systems, Inc. highly enough. As I say, we never expected such a completely pleasant experience. We both wish your company every continued success. I think it is safe to say, you could not find two more satified customers.
